Try to find a Russian language partner through www.polyglot-learn-language.com
Speaking to someone in your target language is as real as it gets!
I have a language partner who is Russian and we speak through Skype once a week on Saturdays.

Since Skype doesn't support group casts now , it allows voice chatting only one-to-one.
A talk club is possibly to start using GoToMeeting or DimDim webinar technologies. They allow several tens of users to participate. I was a participant of such webinars several times.

Paltalk also supports group chats. I would love to chat with other Russian learners in a similar type forum.
