Yura: Top 25 Russian Questions You Need to Know - Lesson 1: What's your name in Russian? (In each lesson of this 25 part series, you'll master a common question for Russian learners, and then learn how to answer it like a native. You'll learn how these key phrases work by breaking them down into each component. Then through repetition and new vocabulary, you'll expand your understanding of the question, its answers, and any variations.)
In this lesson, you'll learn how to respond to the common question "What's your name?" In Russian this is
Svetlana: как тебя зовут?
The first word in the question is
Svetlana: как
Yura: "meaning how" in English.

Yura: meaning you.

Привет! Меня зовут Клинтон!!

I hope that's right. If so, getting my name was easy. Getting accustomed to the Russian keyboard: Hard! :)

I know...it's just like anything else we're doing here. Practice. Practice. Practice.

At any rate, did I spell my name correctly? (Now that's a question I never thought I'd need to ask!)
