Hello

Yes, you can say "одна из самых компактных".

Hello

[сaмый] is used to form the superlative degree.

[наиболее] is used to form comparative form.

1. самый красивый дом - the most beautiful house (there are no other houses that are as beautiful as this one, this house is number 1)

2. наиболее красивый дом - the most beautiful house (if to compare with other houses - more beautiful than other houses, but probably not the most beautiful one which, for example, I saw).

Hello Nikki,

Please use Accusative case with “интересовать”.

The word "друг" has the same form "друга" in both Genitive and Accusative cases. That`s why it can be a bit confusing.
