I've sent emails to support with no response. I can't get itunes to download premium feeds. I put my user name and password in and it says username or password incorrect. I log in to reussianpod101.com just fine with that info. What gives?!?!?!?!??
I am sorry to hear that support never got back to you. The username/password in the Premium Feed are case-sensitive. Please be sure to enter both exactly as you did when you signed up.
