New topic:
What got you people interested in Russian?

In my case I like the Russian contemporary music, such as:

Hi everyone !!!!!

(We should start a group, the "Pod101 Faithfuls", or something ! LOL !)

Like most other I'm studying or struggling to study, my main interest and goal is being able to read "real" literature... I'm afraid I know next to nothing about contemporary (ie recent ) russian pop culture...

Actually in several russian instruction books I have, both in french and english, they introduce real book excerpts rather early (compared to, say, Japanese...)

So maybe for once I can achieve my goal ! Lol !

I love all of the "Pod101" things out there too!

Anyway, Russian literature is pretty fun, I read some of it and I enjoyed it.
