She thanks an eager taxi driver in Russian, and allows him to help her to his Russian taxi waiting outside as they begin the long drive to her friend’s home. As they arrive, he tells her his fee…and suddenly it dawns on her that she had never thought to ask. She doesn’t even have that much money! Panicked, she walks to her friend’s door and learns a few more valuable words in Russian…”I need more money.” Well, so much for that shopping trip.
